5.3 You agree not to share your Account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you.

5.4 5bmw Casino may, at its discretion, implement additional security measures including but not limited to two-factor authentication, device fingerprinting, and IP monitoring. You agree to cooperate with any such measures.

5.5 If 5bmw Casino reasonably suspects that your Account has been compromised or is being used fraudulently, it may temporarily freeze the Account pending investigation without prior notice.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits to your 5bmw Account may be made through the payment methods displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, QR Ph, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 5bmw Casino does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

6.2 Withdrawals

6.3 Currency

All Account transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a third-party payment provider settles in a different currency, conversion rates applied are those of the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction.

7.1 From time to time, 5bmw Casino may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentives to registered Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered or activated.

7.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. 7.4 Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. 7.5 Bonuses cannot be transferred between Players, combined with other offers unless expressly stated, or exchanged for cash or other consideration outside of the standard wagering process.

7.6 Where a Player has an active bonus balance, withdrawal requests may be subject to restrictions until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Players may choose to forfeit a bonus in their Account settings, in which case any unmet wagering requirements are removed but any bonus-derived balance is also removed.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 5bmw Casino's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

13.1 5bmw Casino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete or pass the KYC verification process;
• Use of the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Player is under the age of 21;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion instruction from a regulatory authority or responsible gaming programme;
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or longer.

13.2 Upon voluntary closure of an Account by a Player, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13.3 Dormant Account Policy: Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱100 or the remaining balance if less, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player.

16.1 5bmw Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

16.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

16.3 The current version of these Terms, with the effective date shown in the page header, is always the governing version. Previous versions may be requested from our support team for reference.
